Insurance Information

Dr. Trail is a non-participating / out of network provider with all insurance companies. As a courtesy to our patients with dental benefit plans, we will submit necessary claim forms, receipts, and other information to your insurance company for reimbursement. Since we are non-participating provider, all insurance companies will reimburse the patients.

Most dental insurance policies are limited and often only pay for a portion of the procedure(s) that may need to be done. For the convenience of the patient Dr.Trail accepts Care Credit, Lending club and also offers in house financing at no interest to the patient.
